This guide explains the most common statuses customers will see within their Customer Portal. Customers should understand that line-item statuses often provide more detailed information than the overall order status.
Your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.
If your order requires you to send an item to HOF Signed Rookies, your next step is to carefully package and ship the item to the address provided.
"Processing means my item is already being signed." No. Processing simply means your order has been created and payment has been received.
HOF Signed Rookies has received your item and verified it against your online order.
Your submission has entered our system and is awaiting the next stage of processing.
Depending on the service selected, your item may:
"Items Received means my item is immediately going to the signing." Not necessarily. Items are often grouped and organized according to signing schedules and operational workflows.
Your item is actively within the signing workflow. This may include:
"Getting Signed means the athlete is signing my item today." No. This status simply means your item is progressing through the signing process.
Your autograph has been completed and all HOF Signed Rookies processing has been finished.
The item is fully prepared and ready for PSA submission.
"PSA Queue means PSA already has my card." No. PSA Queue means the card is still with HOF Signed Rookies and awaiting shipment to PSA.
Your card has entered the PSA submission process. The item has either:

"Submitted to PSA means my card should be done soon." Not necessarily. PSA turnaround times vary significantly and are controlled entirely by PSA.
An issue has been identified that must be resolved before processing can continue. Examples include:
HOF Signed Rookies will contact you regarding the issue.
Processing resumes once the matter is resolved.
"On Hold means my order was cancelled." No. On Hold simply means customer action or clarification is required.
Some items within your order have progressed further than others. This commonly occurs when:

"Partial Completion means something is wrong." No. This is extremely common for multi-item orders.
Your order has been fully completed within the HOF Signed Rookies system.
Items have been packaged and are being prepared for return shipment or have already shipped.

"Completed means delivered." Not necessarily. Completed means HOF Signed Rookies has finished processing the order. The package may still be in transit.
