STEP 1

Detailed Inspection

Your cards deserve nothing less than the best. We kick off with a thorough inspection, examining every corner, edge, and surface to ensure your card is ready for the big leagues. Our team checks for authenticity, centering, and any imperfections that could impact the final grade. We know what grading companies are looking for, and we make sure your card is up to par.

STEP 2

Professional Cleaning

Once inspected, we give your card the VIP treatment. Using specialized, lint-free microfiber cloths, we gently clean the surface, wiping away any fingerprints, dust, or smudges. If there’s any debris along the edges, we carefully brush it away. The result? A card that looks as fresh as the day it was pulled from the pack.

STEP 3

Precision Restoration

Our restoration process tackles the common issues that can come with collecting—whether it’s rough edges, bent corners, or light creasing. While some imperfections like slight warping may be a permanent part of your card’s journey, we take every possible measure to minimize flaws and restore your card to its prime condition. By smoothing out those dings and addressing problem areas, we make sure your card looks its best when it’s ready for grading.

STEP 4

Secure Storage

Once your card is prepped and ready for grading, we slide it into a penny sleeve for protection. But we don’t stop there. Your card is then placed into a semi-rigid holder, like a Card Saver I, to keep it safe and secure. We make sure it’s perfectly centered and snug, ready to impress when it’s time to be graded.

Quality Check

Before your card leaves our hands, it undergoes one last inspection. We make sure there’s no dust, no debris, and no misalignment. Our attention to detail is what sets us apart, and we take pride in delivering cards that are ready to score big.

Submission Prep

Leave the paperwork to us. We handle all the necessary grading service forms and meticulously track your cards throughout the process. Whether you’re looking for a quick turnaround or the highest possible grade, we tailor the submission to meet your needs.
